Important:
– Awalkaway is a quiet, family-friendly home and is not suitable for parties or events.
– Access to the entrance involves five steps leading to the front deck. The unit forms part of a duet property, but guests have full private use and their own entrance.
– An outdoor security camera is located at the front of the house overlooking the parking bay. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
– Garbage collection: Mondays and Fridays at 07:30 am. Please do not put bags out the night before or on other days.
Rates, discounts and refunds
R1 850 – R4 500 per night
– Rates vary based on season and dates.
– Discounts may be available for returning guests, longer stays, or smaller groups outside of peak season.
– A minimum stay of 2 nights applies year-round.
– A minimum stay of 6 nights applies over the Easter weekend.
– A minimum stay of 14 nights applies over the Christmas and New Year period.

Deposit & refunds
– A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
– The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in.
– Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival qualify for a full refund of the deposit and any balance paid.
– Cancellations made 14–30 days before arrival qualify for a full refund of the balance and a 50% refund of the deposit.
– Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
